From Classrooms to Careers: How IMRC is Transforming Lives Through Education

Education doesn’t just change test scores — it changes futures. It brings routine to a chaotic childhood. It offers dignity to struggling families. And it opens doors to opportunity where none existed.

At IMRC, we believe in the power of education to break the cycle of poverty and build confident, capable individuals. Across India, we’re investing in children and youth through a range of initiatives — from rural village schools to colleges, from tech skills to scholarships.

📚 Education at Every Level

Through 22 institutions and multiple outreach programs, IMRC provides:

  • 34,835 students with access to education
  • 982 teachers with consistent support
  • 4,188 youth trained at Skill Development Centers in mobile repair, paramedical care, tailoring, and more

And we don’t stop at classrooms. Students receive tuition aid, uniforms, books, meals, scholarships, and even housing where needed. Our goal is simple: remove the barriers that keep children out of school — and help them thrive in it.

🏫 Urban Schools & Rural Partnerships

Our educational outreach spans both cities and remote villages.

In Hyderabad, IMRC runs its own Challenger Group of Schools and Manchi School, offering high-quality, low-cost education to children in underserved areas.

We also partner with several rural schools across India — providing operational support, supplies, teacher salaries, and care for students. One such school is Danbir Academy in West Bengal.

✨ Danbir Academy: Healing and Hope in a Village Classroom

At just 11 years old, Al Habib was already addicted — to tobacco, bidis, and even local liquor. His mother worked long hours in fields and homes, struggling to raise four children alone.

Then Al Habib came to Danbir Academy — where IMRC supports orphaned and vulnerable children with food, housing, education, and medical care.

Things changed. Slowly, quietly, consistently.

Today, Al Habib is clean, enrolled in Grade 7, and scoring over 60% in his exams. Alhamdulillah, he’s been given a second chance.

Founded by a man who once donated his kidney to save a stranger’s life, Danbir Academy now serves 182 students, including 35 orphans who live, learn, and heal in a safe and loving environment.

📌 Arifa, Grade 4 — orphaned and once homeless, now tops her class and dreams of becoming a teacher
📌 Ranibul, Grade 8 — once illiterate, now independent and scoring 72%
📌 Ashirul, Arifa’s brother — rebuilding his future alongside hers after losing everything

Danbir Academy is just one of many rural schools IMRC supports. Want to keep up with more stories like this? Subscribe to our newsletter and stay updated on IMRC’s education impact across India.

🎓 Higher Education Built by IMRC: JIT & Pharmacy College

IMRC is also behind the creation and operation of the Jahangirabad Institute of Technology (JIT) in Uttar Pradesh — a hub for higher education in engineering, media, and pharmacy.

Currently, over 1,300 students are enrolled in degree programs. Our newly completed Pharmacy College building includes 18 state-of-the-art laboratories, and we’re launching M.Pharm and Pharm.D programs to open career paths in healthcare for students from modest backgrounds.

💻 Tech & Skill Training for Employability

We understand that academic degrees aren’t the only path to success. That’s why IMRC also offers:

  • Full Stack Academy: Software engineering and coding courses
  • Skill Development Centers: Hands-on training in fields like tailoring, electronics, mobile repair, and first aid

Whether it’s a village boy learning code or a young woman mastering paramedical care, our mission is to make education practical, accessible, and life-changing.

🌱 The Ripple Effect of Education

When a girl enters a classroom, her siblings follow.
When a boy earns a scholarship, his entire family begins to dream.
When a student graduates, their community grows stronger.

Education is never just one child’s success — it’s a seed that transforms generations.

💚 Thank You

To everyone who has supported IMRC’s education work — thank you
You’ve given a child their first book. A student their first degree. A mother the peace of knowing her child is safe and learning.

This is what real change looks like — and it starts with people like you.
