IMRC provides a safe, affordable and meaningful volunteer program in India. Our volunteer program includes working with Orphans, Women Empowerment Programs, Educational and healthcare.

Our coordinators have years of experience with IMRC, traveling to India and leading groups. We work closely with local NGOs in India and partner with many organizations providing volunteers meaningful work at the grassroots level where it is much needed.

For those who want to travel and also make meaningful changes in their lives, IMRC’s SVP offers an exciting opportunity for the volunteers with a combination of volunteer programs and weekend excursions in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Banglore, Delhi, and other locations.

Who can apply: Men and women ages 16 – 25

Cost: USD $2000 for 2 week program (scholarships available)

  • Roundtrip airfare from US to India, includes domestic travel within India
  • Airport Pickup in Hyderabad, Drop off in Delhi
  • Orientation
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • In-country support
  • Sightseeing Tours, Trip to Agra
  • Support of Local friendly staff

WHAT YOUR PROGRAM FEE DOES NOT COVER?

  • Visa Fee
  • Personal expenses such as toiletries etc
  • Any entrance fees to Monuments
  • Travel Medical Insurance
  • Required immunization to travel
